Jalen Rose Arrested For DUI After Crash
Retired NBA star, Jalen Rose, was arrested for driving under the influence after he lost control of his vehicle, a Cadillac Escalade, and crashed on an icy roadway in Michigan on March 11.
The 38 year-old member of the “Fab Five” team, who was uninjured in the crash, reportedly agreed to undergo voluntary roadside sobriety tests and was later taken to chemical testing by the cops. The results of the tests have not been released yet.
Jalen’s lawyer, Keith Davidson, refused to comment, saying, “We look forward to working with the authorities in Michigan and addressing these matters in court, not in the press. We have no comment at this time.”
The NBA star was reportedly getting ready for the big opening of the Jalen Rose Leadership Academy in Chicago, which will work as a charter high school for under-privileged kids. Good luck Jalen.
