Air Jordan IV Doernbecher

Air Jordan IV Doernbecher
Each year since 2004, Nike has partnered with Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Oregon to create limited edition shoes designed by select hospital patients, with proceeds from shoe sales benefiting the hospital. The rumor mill had this year’s edition of the Freestyle program pegged as an IV, and recently surfaced images have confirmed the Internet chatter. Built with a black nubuck base and neon green accents, the shoe features a Superman logo on the tongue as well as a number of stylistic flourishes, including an arrow-print design appearing throughout the upper, a Mars-influenced graphic near the heel and comic book typography underneath the clear sole. Click through for more images of the shoe, and stay tuned for background information as well as a release date. via: MarqueeSole
