Heineken and Android Homme will celebrate the launch of their exclusive collaborative footwear project for Heineken’s “Heineken 100” program,with a private event hosted by photographer Mel D. Cole at LA’s Martha OteroGallery.
The newest piece of the “Heineken 100”collection—the Heineken x Android Homme 2.5 Propulsion limited edition hi-top—featuresa sleek black leather body with a subtle Heineken stamp near the ankle, a ponyhair back and green detail on the inner pull to give the sneaker a signature Heineken twist. The shoe retails for $200.00.
The Heineken-branded Android Homme 2.5 Propulsion limited edition hi-top footwear isthe sixth “Heineken 100” collaborative product. Previous limited products include tote bags with designers, Dee and Ricky, and ComplexMagazine; t-shirts with Union LA; fitted caps with New Era; headphones with Aerial7; and a watch with Tsovet.
Founded in 2008 by Javier Laval, Android Homme is a “mind style” brand that combines the avant-garde style of high-end designs with a street wise sensibility.
