Rodman and Ice are new stars of Hotel.com web promo.
Hotels.com parodies the movie The Hangover in a new web promotion TripYourFace.com in which anyone can make themselves a part of the scene. Everyday people can star alongside Dennis Rodman and Vanilla Ice in these short web videos by uploading their images onto the site to replace the faces of the actors in the videos. The travel site has created 3 scenarios where the actors wake up in a room that has exploded from a wild night of "who knows what." Once you hit the play button the video erupts in a variety of flashbacks that recount the details of what happened the night before. Vic Walia, senior director of brand marketing for Hotels.com North America said "We wanted to produce something where people could put their faces into live action, which I don't think has been done in a campaign before, and it certainly hasn't been done in our category."
