$80 Bank robber not the smartest criminal.
A Waterloo Iowa man has plead not guilty to charges of second degree robbery after he tried to rob a bank for just $80. Kurtis Culbert, 28 was released from prison on April 7th in connection with a forgery charge and just 4 days later enters a bank with a note demanding $80. Mr. Culbert doesn't seem to be a very wise criminal, because he was captured on camera at the Waterloo public Library where he stopped to change his clothes. He was later arrested at a homeless shelter and taken to the Black Hawk County Jail, where his bond was $100,00.
Would you rob a ban for just $80?
