Last night, my homeboy from across the pond captured some new footage of Jay Electronica making a surprise appearance at the Blackstar, De la Soul, Rakim show in London. For a minute, Jay was performing at everywhere corner of the earth but lately he seems like he’s been in seclusion. We actually heard JE is in Europe working on his Roc Nation debut.
