Jermaine Dupri is being sued by the mother of his seven-month-old daughter over missed child support payments after being ordered by a judge to pay up.
A Fulton County Superior Court judge ordered Duprit to pay $2,500 a month in child support and an additional $7,500 to Sarai Jones pending the results of a paternity test.
Jones’ attorney, Randy Kessler, says that Jones hopes the two can reach an agreement and settle the matter quickly so the two can “work together to co-parent their beautiful baby girl.”
Dupri recently made headlines after saving his house from foreclosure. He also owes nearly $500,000 in back taxes.
