Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa will close out the 2011 B.O.M.B. Fest, an independently run two-day music festival set for Memorial Day weekend in Hartford, Conn. The festival -- now in its third year -- added a batch of local talent today (May 4) that includes local hip-hop acts OConn and Emjae.

B.O.M.B. Fest mostly boasts an indie lineup, but will see Weezer headline the first night of the festival. Other hip-hop acts on the bill include the Cool Kids, while George Clinton & Parliament/Funkadelic will bring the funk. Folk-rock ensemble Edwards Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, beach-pop duo Best Coast, emo act Coheed & Cambria, neo-punk rockers Wavves and garage rockers Portugal the Man are among the others on the eclectic lineup.

With Wiz and Snoop billed so close together on the second day, a collaboration is likely. Both rappers cemented their friendship after bonding over a shared love of weed. This month they are scheduled to shoot the stoner comedy, 'High School,' which includes the track 'The Weed Iz Mine,' released this past March.

The B.O.M.B. Fest goes off May 28 and 29 at Hartford's Comcast Theatre. Tickets start at $89 for weekend field passes, while pavillion passes will cost you an extra $10. To purchase tickets and more info head to BombFest.com.
