Royce questions Pac Man's future by saying you really think PacMan can beat Floyd after that performance?" and then alluded that someone who "wins daily" is about to steal his model girlfriend away from him. Paula Abdul Signs on for "X-Factor" Gig

Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell are about to be re-united -- she has now officially signed on to be a judge on his new "X-Factor" show ... this according to reports.


Paula only closed her deal last night, says Deadline, which is cutting it pretty darn close ... considering taping begins today in Los Angeles. The show announced yesterday that Nicole Scherzinger and British TV personality Steve Jones will co-host.

Abdul will serve as a judge alongside Cowell, Cheryl Cole and Antonio Reid.

The 137th Kentucky Derby was held over the weekend in Louisville at Churchill Down.

After the Derby, the YBF celebs attended the Glitz and Glam Gala presented by Grey Goose Vodka at The Louisville Palace Theater.

Boxing: Evander Holyfield TKO’s Brian Nielsen in 10th-Round

Former heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield stopped Denmark’s Brian Nielsen on a technical knockout in the 10th round Saturday night.
In the 10th round, the 48-year-old Holyfield pressed Nielson in the corner and the bout was halted after Holyfield landed several jabs in the corner and the Dane spat out some blood. Nielsen said after the bout he was hit by Holyfield’s headbutts.
“My goal still is to be the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world,” Holyfield said. “This fight showed other champions what I am able to do, but it also taught me I got to be better. The most important is that I didn’t quit. I am not quitter.”
Despite being pressed and with a swollen eye, Nielsen kept on clowning to provoke Holyfield throughout the bout, prompting his trainer, Paul Duvill, to beg him to stop fooling around and focus on Holyfield.
But the Dane made a comeback in the eighth round, pushing a tired-looking Holyfield into the ropes with a series of combinations, before Holyfield turned it around in the 10th.
“It was a tough fight. He kept coming back. He kept coming back,” Holyfield said. “He fought a very courageous fight.”
Nielsen, with a bag of ice on his bloodied face, said he disagreed with the decision to halt the fight. He suggested a rematch to Holyfield.
“That’s enough. I don’t need a rematch,” Holyfield said, laughing.
Holyfield’s last appearance in the ring was in January. He was cut above the left eye by an accidental head butt in his fight against Sherman Williams and the bout was ruled a no-contest.
The audience at the soldout 2,100-seat Copenhagen Concert Hall included giant Russian boxer Nikolai Valuev and Denmark’s Mikkel Kessler, who was forced to pull out of the Super Six tournament because of an eye injury.

Heading back to the hotel on Sunset, I thought, I wonder if Lil’ Kim and them are okay. I called and spoke to Kim. She said that I should come hang out at her hotel later. Twin, Delorean, Mr. Bars, Free High, Draws, Gotti, and I hopped in a van to the Swizz Hotel by the Beverly Center mall where Kim and her friends were drinking frozen apple martinis in the penthouse suite. In her room were D-Rock Gutter, Cease, Banger, and other Junior Mafia members plus five of Kim’s female friends.
It was crowded in her hotel room, so Free High got one of her girlfriends’ numbers and then we left. On our way out of the lobby downstairs, Kim’s hairstylist ran out of the elevator calling my name. “P! Kim wants you to come back upstairs!” I told my boys to bounce and sent a van back to pick me up later.
Back inside Kim’s room, I noticed that the Junior Mafia was gone and it was just Kim and her girlfriends plus the hairstylist. She poured me another apple martini and we stepped onto the balcony to talk privately. I grabbed Kim by the waist and started kissing her on her neck. I thought about Mary J. Blige and decided to play this situation differently. “Stop, not right now,” Kim said. “There are too many people up here.” I understood what she meant but I kept trying to sex her right there on the balcony.
After five minutes of us feeling on each other, I feel back because it was obvious that she wasn’t trying to let me hit right then and there. But the things she told me let me know for sure that I could get with her at another time. KiKi [Ed note: Prodigy’s wife] always thought Kim and I were sexing, but it never happened. When KiKi first heard the “Quiet Storm” remix featuring Kim, out of jealousy she told me, “That song is wack.”
